Thieves steal two wheels of police vehicle

An unknown number of still unidentified thieves removed and fled off with two wheels of a police car parked along a street in Harbin, Heilongjiang province, last Wednesday.
Police have launched a massive manhunt to trace the culprits who made off with the wheels of their car parked in downtown Daowai.
