Police in Linxi county, the Inner Mongolia autonomous region, have detained a factory worker who allegedly stole a colleague's cell phone, but forgot to steal the phone's charger three months ago.
The suspect allegedly stole his colleague's cell phone, lying unattended in their dormitory, and then on numerous occasions borrowed a charger from the same colleague to charge the phone.
His colleague became suspicious and checked the suspect's phone, only to realize it was his own.
