BEIJING - The following is the full text of the Report on the Implementation of the 2010 Plan for National Economic and Social Development and on the 2011 Draft Plan for National Economic and Social Development, which was submitted on March 5 for review at the Fourth Session of the 11th National People's Congress and was adopted on March 14.
