Beijing has issued a warning over a possible "serious traffic jam" in September and called for flexible working hours in government departments and state-owned enterprises, The Beijing News reported. The statement, based on traffic analysis from 2009 to 2011, said the start of the new school semester and upcoming National Day holiday may cause congestions on Sept 3, Sept 19, and Sept 26 -29. |
