At least 6 killed after lift crashes in C China
(Xinhua) Updated: 2012-09-13 17:15WUHAN - At least six people were killed after a lift crashed from the 30th floor of a building under construction in Central China's Hubei province, local firefighters and rescuers said Thursday.
The accident occurred around 1:26 pm in Wuhan, capital of Hubei, firefighters said. They are trying to disassemble the lift, and six bodies have been found.
At least nine people were believed in the lift when the accident happened, firefighters said.
