Knife attack injures 4 in Beijing
BEIJING - A knife-wielding man injured four people on Monday in a Carrefour store in Beijing, police confirmed.
The suspect, a Beijing local surnamed Wang, was captured on the spot, police said.
Wang was born in 1963, according to a statement published on the Beijing Public Security Bureau's Weibo account.
The injured included a baby who was seriously injured in the belly, said a witness surnamed Wu.
The injured have been taken to hospital.
Police have cordoned off the scene, and people are not allowed to go into the Carrefour store.
