Nanjing government buildings to have open day

The buildings hosting Nanjing government departments will be open to the public on Jan 1.

The local government has asked 200 of its civil servants to attend lectures on reception etiquette when the public arrive at a large courtyard surrounded by the buildings.

People who want to visit the courtyard, to which the public generally has no access, will have to submit an application in advance.

The local government will shortly give instructions to the public on how to apply.
