YA'AN,Sichuan - Two people were killed and another seven injured in a landslide on Thursday in Ya'an city, Southwest China's Sichuan province.
The accident happened at about 10:22 am when rocks caused by the landslide buried three vehicles with nine people aboard, in Lushan county, leaving two dead, according to local authorities.
The remaining seven people were sent to hospital, with four in critical condition.
Authorities said heavy rain on Wednesday night was to blame for the landslide.
The accident took place at the epicenter of a 7.0-Magnitude earthquake that struck on April 20, leaving at least 196 people dead and more than 12,000 others injured.
