Jiang Chaoliang appointed Hubei Party chief
BEIJING -- Jiang Chaoliang has been appointed secretary of Hubei Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC), according to a decision of the CPC Central Committee announced on Saturday.
Jiang, former governor of Jilin province, was also appointed as a member of the CPC Hubei Provincial Committee and its standing committee.
