Violinist helps tune troubled minds

Timothy To Wing-ching, a volunteer and secretary general of the Hong Kong post-disaster psychological counseling association, introduces his assistance plan in Japan on April 10, 2011, after an 8.9-magnitude earthquake hit the country in March 2011. Du, a violinist and a musical instrument agent, began helping victims of natural disasters with their mental health after an 8-magnitude quake shook Southwestern Sichuan province and claimed nearly 70,000 people in 2008.
