BEIJING - The Organization Department of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee issued a notice Friday, calling on Party members and organizations at all levels to go all-out to help the quake relief in Qinghai Province.

Party committees, grassroots organizations and members in Qinghai should involve themselves in the rescue, settlement of victims and maintaining social security, the notice said.

It also highlighted Party officials' responsibility to guide the relief work in rescuing the trapped people and treating the injured.

The notice also required nationwide Party organizations and members to support the relief work and help the quake victims.
