BEIJING - More foreign leaders and international organizations have sent messages of condolences to Chinese leaders over a massive earthquake in western China's Qinghai Province.
The messages were sent to Chinese President Hu Jintao and Premier Wen Jiabao.
Cook Islands Prime Minister Jim Marurai said he would like to help people in the disaster area recover soon.
Other messages of sympathy have come from Chadian President Idriss Deby, Qatar Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Hamad bin Jasim bin Jabir al-Thani, Croatian Prime Minister Jadranka Kosor, Micronesian President Emanuel Mori and Rogelio Pfirter, director-general of the Organization for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons.
