Capital M Kids Club: The Story of the Little Girl and the Sun

Authors and artists Cruz Garcia and Nathalie Frankowski host a storytelling session, with the whimsical tale of a young girl and her rabbit who sojourn from a city where the sun never sets. The book creators have crafted a story in which geometric shapes take center stage in a witty tale filled with fun. After the reading, kids ages 5-10 will then create their own stories with geometric shapes.

Taichi classes

Date: Oct 12－2 pm to 4 pm

Venue: Ritan Park, 6 Ritan Beilu, Chaoyangmen Wai, in Beijing

Price: Free

Cultural Keys in Ritan Park offers free classes in Yangstyle taichi. The lessons are casual, relaxed and open to everyone, regardless of previous experience, age or health status. Classes will include basic forms, stances, theory and application. The experienced British taichi teacher will present the class in English. The outdoor classes will not take place if it rains.
