South Korean President Park Geun-hye is fond of Chinese novels, especially Romance of the Three Kingdoms. She was a huge fan of Zhao Yun - a character in the novel - and reportedly once called him her "first love". After her father's death in 1979, she read lots of ancient Chinese classics such as The Analects of Confucius to gain mental peace.
