The first C2B second-hand car auction platform named "Che Lai Pai" was rolled out yesterday in second-car market of Zhongnan Automobile World in Changsha. On this platform, second-hand car sellers can obtain the highest offer from more than 300 agencies while buyers can grab their want-most car after a close searching of information about nearly 60,000 second-hand cars.
"101,000 yuan, deal!" Yesterday morning, a public auction of the first group including four second-hand cars such as Volkswagen, BMW and Toyota was held. The person in charge of Zhongnan Automobile World said that, this platform was co-established by administration of the automobile world and auction companies to optimize the second-hand car trade market. Without broker's fault finding and unreasonable bargaining, sellers only have to drive their cars to-be-sold to a specified spot. Staffs will check their cars and input information into the system, which makes it possible for more than 300 agencies taking part into auction on line.
A deal is to be made if the price reaches the seller's expectation. In consequence, sellers can sell their cars in the shortest time with the highest price, with process shortened and opportunities increased. From now on, agencies may obtain a permanent source of second-hand cars if the system is accepted by more and more sellers.
A number of roadside stalls around the automobile world can be found soliciting business with their slogans like "retrieving cars at a high price". Some second-hand car traders fool clients via exaggerating shortcuts of car retrieving at low price or concealing defects of high price retrieving, which brings a mess into the trade market.
"One of the most important reasons is the discrepancy of information," director of Changsha Association of Industry and Commerce said, "the establishment of 'Che Lai Pai' makes it possible to dismiss idling car retrievers around, optimize and guide the trade market by reducing chaotic for government. This system is beneficial to the development of Changsha's second-hand car trade market in a more transparent, fair and standard way. "
