Nanchang-based Jiangxi Normal University was recently honored as one of the first innovation and entrepreneurship education reform demonstration universities.
A total of 99 universities were listed by the Ministry of Education. They included some prestigious institutions, such as Tsinghua and Peking universities in Beijing.
The honor was established to encourage universities to boost innovation and entrepreneurship education. All the candidates were recommended by provincial educational authorities and finally determined by experts.
