Kate Winslet to star in "Romeo and Juliet" twist

Kate Winslet is set to star in Sir Elton John's new movie, "Gnomeo and Juliet."

The British beauty will voice the lead in the animated film, which is a twist on Shakespeare's "Romeo and Juliet" set in the world of garden gnomes.

Elton will team up with composer Tim Rice to provide the film's soundtrack. Meanwhile, stunning Kate has revealed she can't watch herself in "Titanic" - because she thinks she is a rubbish actress.

The Oscar-winning beauty says she can't bear watching her own films because she is too self-conscious. Kate says she even forces husband Sam Mendes to change the channel if "Titanic" is on TV.

She revealed to Elle magazine: "I saw 'Titanic' twice and I haven't seen it for years. In fact, Sam and I were channel-hopping recently and I saw it and went, 'Aaaaagh. No! Quick, quick, quick!' and he was like, 'F**k. Alright!'"

The 30-year-old says she's terrified she'll discover she's a bad actress if she watches herself on-screen.

She said: "Sometimes I'm scared that I'm going to be hit with this awful realization that I've been s**t all these years."
