The stars of Hollywood's biggest horror movies were out in force over the weekend in Tinseltown, as Spike TV hosted their Scream Awards from the Pantages Theatre on Hollywood Boulevard.
It's the first televised show of its kind and hands out statuettes for categories like Most Vile Villain.
English rose turned Hollywood pin-up Kate Beckinsale walked off with the title of Scream Queen.
Lost's Evangeline Lilly picked up the Fantasy Fox gong and Ozzy Osbourne was named Scream Rock Immortal.
The ceremony also honoured directors Quentin Tarantino and Robert Rodriguez, while the event was hosted by the stars of the pair's upcoming tribute to B movie schlockers, Grindhouse.
With a new, slightly peculiar hairdo, Rosario Dawson still looked sexy on the black carpet, and Rose McGowan avoided former boyfriend Manson and headed straight into the venue.
Musical entertainment was provided by heavy metallers Korn and My Chemical Romance - a treat for the band of tattooed fans who flooded the arena.
Batman Begins, Pirates Of The Caribbean: Dead Man's Chest and X-Men 3: The Last Stand also picked up a string of awards.
Marilyn Manson pulled up in a stretch hearses at the alternative movie event.
More mainstream attendees - like Eva Mendes and Lost's Naveen Andrews - hurried down the red carpet without talking to the press, looking slightly frightened.
