As well as the book, she is set to star in BBC1's Strictly Come Dancing next month. It's not very lucrative - the BBC offers only 30,000 to the celebrities - but it is a great shop window for Kelly, who trained at the Italia Conti stage school and is an accomplished tap dancer.
It will be rapidly followed by the launch of a Kelly Brook perfume, just in time for Christmas. Kelly is in line for a slice of the profits and sources indicated that she may make well over 1 million from that endorsement alone.
And then, of course, there is Kelly's collection of lingerie and swimwear for New Look. She has just signed a new deal to continue their association for a further two years.
In all, she stands to increase her wealth by around 5 million, a massive payday by any standards. Add to this the six-figure sum she regularly makes from her pin-up calendar, which is one of the best-selling every year, and which she shot this year on the beaches of Miami, Florida.
