British actress Sienna Miller has enlisted for duty in a movie inspired by the "G.I. Joe" toys and comic books, it was reported Tuesday.
The 25-year-old star of "Alfie" and "Factory Girl" will play the film's female lead, a femme fatale superspy, entertainment industry journal Daily Variety reported.
The movie follows Miller's character and fellow operatives of the Global Integrated Joint Operating Entity as they battle Cobra, an organisation led by a Scottish arms dealer.
The film is due for release in August 2009.
