It seems that Kate Hudson is enjoying her single status to the fullest.

The actress was spotted letting her hair down at a recent dinner party thrown by hotelier Jason Pomeranc and his love, Dolce and Gabbana exec Ali Wise.

The 'Raising Helen' star came with several girlfriends to Jonathan Morr's new Bond Street restaurant inside Pomeranc's new Thompson Hotel on Sunset Boulevard.

And onlookers said that Hudson was not at all interested in guys.

"She is so happy being single and wasn't interested in guys," the New York Post quoted a source, as saying.

Meanwhile Hudson got cosy with actor Matthew McConaughey during a photo shoot in Santa Monica, California.

After co-starring in "How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days," Hudson and McConaughey have re-united for a new film 'Fool's Gold.'
