Famous avant-garde singer Sainkho Namtchylak is having a concert in Beijing tonight. Originally from Tuva, a small autonomous republic in the Russian Federation just north of Mongolia, Namtchylak blends traditional Tuvan throat singing with avant-garde vocal improvisation.
Appearing on stage with her in Beijing is Hong Kong experimental musician Dickson Dee.
