Britney Spears has splashed out $8.9 million on a new home.
The 'Womanizer' singer is already in the process of moving into her new Calabasas home - which is just outside Los Angeles - and has been spotted taking toys and other items belonging to her sons Sean Preston, three, and Jayden James, two, into it.

Property agents confirmed the house, which is in The Oaks community, is priced at $8.9 million - a reduction in its original cost.
Britney is in the process of selling her six-bedroom, six-bathroom Los Angeles home for $7.195 million.
The house is 7,500 sq ft and boasts a wet bar, library, den, a swimming pool, spa, arbour, three garages, high ceilings, stone and mosaic tiled floors. It is also the property Britney was removed from when she was hospitalised during her breakdown last year.
Last year, court documents filed by her conservator father Jamie and attorney Andrew Wallet stated she was keen to move to "a lower density, more quiet and less trafficked neighbourhood" which would be "more accessible to parks and recreation areas" for her sons.
Meanwhile, Britney was left mortified when she ran into old flame Justin Timberlake during a recent evening out.
Britney and her mother Lynn arrived at quiet West Hollywood restaurant Yatai Asian Tapas Bar on Monday (12.01.09) only to find Justin there with his girlfriend Jessica Biel.
A source said: "Jessica looked gorgeous, but Britney didn't look the best, but she probably thought no one would see her, as this restaurant isn't usually a hot spot.
"It was so uncomfortable. The restaurant is so small, like the size of a living room. She left 30 minutes later."
