Michelle Obama is to guest edit women's website iVillage.
The first lady - who has two daughters, Malia, 14, and 11-year-old Natasha with US President Barack Obama - will give families healthy living tips for their kids and focus on back-to-school issues, as well as making suggestions about how parents can balance a busy family schedule.

Speaking about her work with iVillage staff members, she said in a statement: "We shared all kinds of stories (both success stories and cautionary tales) and tips about how to help our kids be healthy and succeed this school year."
Michelle will be featured in a video interview which will last throughout her editorialship week and she will be displaying previously unseen family photos and give people an insight into how she deals with the back-to-school chaos in her household.
The 48-year-old star - who will be the first in a series of guest editors on the women's website - will also be promoting her Let's Move! initiative, which she has devised to encourage more children to become interested in fitness and good nutrition.
Her editorialship in the 'Rev Up Your Back-to-School Routine' series will begin on Monday (20.08.12).
