Disney Princess Collection by WTC
There has been no shortage of interpretations of Disney's bevy of flawless, fairy-like princesses, on the silver screen, in animation and on catwalks. For the upcoming season, Taiwanese fashion designer Daniel Wang, who has built his reputation on beads of crystals and luxuriant pearly dresses, is redressing four iconic princesses created by Disney, tailoring eight dresses for each separate character, and an all-black piece for the evil queen. The oversized bubble sleeves look a little theatrical and out-of-date for the minimalist and simplistic trends on most racks, but they work like a magic sparkler, turning everyday girls into the stuff of fairy tales.
