Rapid Development and Emerging Opportunities

A powerful sports boom is under way in China, with significant implications for companies looking to build their brands with the country's enormous consumer population. The 2008 Beijing Olympics are a major catalyst for change, and rapid development is also occurring in virtually every other sports sector. Top officials from China's domestic sports franchises, including Yu Zhifei of the Shanghai International Circuit and top representatives from China's football and basketball leagues, will shed insight into the development of local sports.
