BEIJING - China's power consumption in November stood at 346 billion kilowatt-hours (kWh), up 5.36 percent year-on-year, according to a statement released Thursday by the National Energy Administration (NEA).

In the January-November period, the primary industry used 91.5 billion kWh of power, the secondary industry used 2.86 trillion kWh, the tertiary industry used 411.7 billion kWh, and the country's households consumed 469.9 billion kWh.
Newly installed power supply capacity in the first 11 months reached 67.3 million kilowatts, including 13.44 million kilowatts of hydro power and 45.11 million kilowatts of thermal power, the NEA said.
