The eldest daughter of Daniel M Tsia, chairman of Taiwan' second largest financial services provider, Fubon Financial Holding Co Ltd, is possibly the most low-profile debutante to ever attend the Shanghai ball. She won the crown at the third Shanghai event, but barely spoke with media.
