Indonesian buffet
Talented chefs from Conrad Bali will be in Beijing from Saturday to Sept 20, taking over the buffet in the capital's sister hotel to serve up traditional Balinese and other Indonesian dishes. Options include serapah sampi (beef salad with Balinese spice and coconut milk) and nasi goreng ikan teri (fried rice with dried fish and vegetables), roasted whole chicken with sambal and sweet soy sauce. Price: 238 yuan plus 15 percent service charge.
