Ai Fruit makes Qingming Festival delicious

A street vendor on Yincheng street, Dexing city, Jiangxi province prepares Ai Fruit on March 27.2013 .As Qingming Festival (Tomb Sweeping Day) approaches, the residents in Dexing city, Jiangxi province prepare Ai Fruit, they will eat during Qingming Festival. Ai Fruit has a sweet and salty taste, which is also known as Sweet Green Rice Ball, Qingming Fruit.It is made from glutinous rice stuffed with Ai grass or gnaphalium affine.
