Supermodel Kate Moss has secured a place in this year's society bible 'Who's Who' thanks to her love life and partying skills.

The 33-year-old has for the first time found a spot in the biographical bible that reaches its 160th edition some time soon and which is being released in the run-up to Christmas for the first time.

Other new names besides Moss who have made it into the famous reference book include - Malcolm Fraser, Glasgow-born Jaguar car designer Ian Callum, the comedy producer Armando Iannucci and William Burdett Coutts, the founder of the Edinburgh Fringe venue Assembly Theatre, reports Scotsman.

'Only Fools and Horses' star Nicholas Lyndhurst, British footballer Michael Owen, and fashion designers Stella McCartney, Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana also get a listing for the first time.

Iannucci, a Glasgwegian- Italian, has revealed that his hobbies were 'prevaricating, bad piano, astronomy, fearing, re-assuring and theology'.

Mike Gilson, the editor of The Scotsman, lists his favourite things as 'tennis, South American travel and trying to interest anyone in obscure Eighties indie group Orange Juice'.

Among the more unusual pastimes listed are 'collecting broken clocks' by the immigration judge Michael Clements, 'collecting Winnie the Pooh books in different languages' by Professor Ann Henderson- Sellars, director of the World Climate Research Programme and 'Pomerol, the New Yorker and wearing incredibly loud shirts' by Dylan Jones, the editor of men's magazine GQ.
