Chengdu to Floraland takes only 20 minutes

A new interchange, Wenjiang North IC, on Chengwenqiong Expressway, opened to traffic on Aug 30. The IC links the expressway with Yufu Road and leads to north Wenjiang.
The IC started construction in May, 2013. Its opening will alleviate traffic congestion at the Dongmen IC and will also reduce the travel time from the city center of Chengdu to the north part of Wenjiang.
Cars going to the Floraland Amusement Park from Chengdu can, from now on, drive off the expressway at Wenjiang North IC and directly arrive at the park via Yufu Road. It will take 15 minutes from the expressway entrance to Floraland.
