Orchid Fair to open in Wenjiang

The 12th Chengdu Orchid Exhibition and Orchid Fair will be held in Wenjiang district on March 7.

More than 200 florists will take part in the exhibition and 50,000 potted flowers of various kinds will be on display to be traded.

Last year, the exhibition attracted more than 30,000 visitors and the volume of trade was nearly 20 million yuan ($3.2 million). This year, it is expected to bring in more profits.
