'3 in 1' business license to work in Chengdu

Chengdu, capital of Sichuan province will start to issue "three in one" business license to all the enterprises based in the city on Oct 1, aiming to increase its administrative efficiency.
The "three in one" business license has same effects as the combination of industrial and commercial trading certificate, organization code certificate and the tax registration certificate.
Entrepreneurs now only need to apply for one business license before starting their businesses in Chengdu, instead of going through multiple approval procedures in three different governmental departments.
The new license issuing process cuts down the administrative approval procedures from three to four days to less than four hours, saving companies time and effort.
