The Sichuan Brocade and Embroidery Museum in Chengdu displays precious brocade and embroidery works, including some royal robes for ancient emperors and noblemen. It consists of a brocade and embroidery exhibition hall and a brocade workshop.
Various antique weaving machines can be seen in the exhibition area.
In the brocade workshop, visitors can watch handicraftsmen making exquisite brocades and even learn some basic hand-weaving techniques.
