Some 23 pure blood Australian horses arrived in Wenjiang district, the center of equestrianism in West China, on July 3.
After spending some time under quarantine imposed by the Chengdu entry-exit inspection bureau, the horses have settled down in Wenjiang Qilin Equestrianism Club.
They will be trained in Wenjiang, with a view to improve the level of local horse racing and raise Wenjiang’s profile in global equestrian circles, according to the owner of the club.
