Chengdu launches new driver education app

A driving education mobile app named "Chengdu Driving Training" was officially launched by the Chengdu municipal government on June 8.

As the first mobile platform for driving training in China, the app provides online consultations, registrations, evaluations, complaints and training appointments.

The app has collected information from all driving training schools in Chengdu, covering multiple modules such as driving guidelines, making appointments, purchasing orders and industry trends.

Students can view their training schedules and evaluate the service quality by using their mobile phones. The app also provides a public online complaints platform to report complaints about inadequate training or services.

Complaint information will be sent directly to transportation bureau of Chengdu, and will be displayed in the form of summarized rankings.

The Chengdu Driving Training app can be downloaded via scanning the official QR code.
