Free delivery of medicines realized in Chengdu hospital

In order to optimize medical care for patients and make it more convenient to pick up traditional Chinese medicine, Chengdu Second People's Hospital recently launched an intelligent pharmacy medicine delivery service.

All municipal districts in Chengdu, including Wenjiang district, are included in the free delivery area. The intelligent pharmacy applies internet of things to provide customized services for patients.

Unlike traditional pharmacies, patients can choose to have a shipping company deliver semi-finished medicine or boiled medicine products to their home upon payment. Delivery to other areas in Sichuan will require a delivery fee.

Inpatients at Chengdu Second People's Hospital can also ask the shipping company to deliver the medicine directly to the wards.

The hospital will continue to optimize the services with information technology in order to save time and money for patients.
