Medical, big data, AI come together at Wenjiang forum

A forum on the medical, big data and AI industries was recently held in Wenjiang district, Chengdu.

Wenjiang government and company representatives attended the forum.

The medical and AI industrial park built by the Wenjiang government in cooperation with universities was promoted at the forum. Eleven alumni enterprises of the Chengdu University of Electronic Science and Technology (UESTC) signed up to help establish a creative space for the medical and AI industries.

The Chengdu Alumni Association of UESTC was also established at the forum.

Li Yi, deputy secretary of the Wenjiang District Committee, said that Wenjiang district had developed a deep cooperation with UESTC in talent cultivation, scientific research, industrial development, and more.

In the future, Wenjiang plans to further cooperate with alumni enterprises of UESTC to work toward more technical achievements.
