On September 7th, Vice President Mr. Hou Yunchun met Dr. Yu Woo-ik, Ambassador of the Republic of Korea to China. The two sides exchanged views on issues such as the current economic performance in China and Korea, bilateral trade, and regional economic integration. The Ambassador also expressed his wish to further enhance the communications between the two sides. Mr. Lan Weiban, Deptuy Director General of International Cooperation Department, Mr. Wei Jianing, Deputy Director General of Department of Macro-economic Research, Mr. Zhao Jinping, Deputy Director General of Research Department of Foreign Economic Relations, Mr. Zhang Hongfei, Program Officer of International Cooperation Department, and economic officials from Korean Embassy were present at the meeting.
