On March 22nd, President Zhang Yutai attended the workshop on RAND organized by DRC International Cooperation Department. Vice President Han Jun presided over the meeting. At the workshop, Dr. Jim Thompson, President, and Dr. Debra Knopman Vice President of RAND Corporation, were invited to give speeches on the organizational structure, corporate operations as well as human resource strategy and planning in RAND. About 40 participants from DRC Human Resource Plan Group, General Office, Personnel Department, International Cooperation Department, as well as other research departments and institutes joined the workshop.
