Abstract:
The agricultural production of industrialized nations shows that once a country can be classified as middle-income, the growth in its agricultural production fluctuates. After 2008, grain production of all countries, except for Argentina, continued to grow.
China has managed to maintain its stable agricultural production after the adoption of its reform and opening-up policies, and its production is expected to grow over the next ten years. Its grain and cash crop production will continue to grow, although by a small margin, and the production of animal and aquatic products will grow rapidly.
