Liu Shijin, vice-minister of the State Council's Development Research Center (DRC), met with László Andor, the European Union's commissioner for employment, social affairs and equality of opportunity, on Nov 6, with Liu explaining DRC affairs and China's current economic situation.

Zhang Yongsheng, vice-director-general of the Development Strategy and Regional Economy Dep't, and Gong Sen, vice-director-general of the Research Department of Social Development of the DRC, took part in the meeting.
