Abstract
The knock-on effects to developed countries, caused by the global financial crisis in recent years, have given opportunities for emerging multinational companies. In the circumstances, Chinese companies' out-going strategies have made progress. In general, Chinese multinational corporations still lack multinational management ability and experience, as the relevant mechanism and policy environment is not complete. China's economic development requires the co-development of China-based multinational companies. It will be beneficial in enhancing Chinese companies as an international competitive force, quicken the transformation of traditional industries, improve the equilibrium level of China's economic development and strengthen China’s foreign relations.
