Abstract:

The author of the report writes that educational reform and development should be based on dealing with the issues reflected strongly among present day society, and paving the way for the long-term and sound development of the educational business.

Some fundamental problems should be given further studies by carefully summarizing experiences both at home and abroad, for finding better solutions, especially for the development of compulsory education, high-school education, vocational education, college education, examination system reform and reform of running schools, together with examining reform and thinking patterns that are currently popular.

The report points out related political suggestions on reform and development in related research fields.
