The agriculture structure kept adjusting the price of agro-products had a rebound, the township and village-owned enterprises kept a fast growth and the export for agro-products was fine. During the latter half of 2003, due to serious drought and excessive rain, the follow-up effects after SARS plus the rearrangement of planted fields, the total grain output of 2003 might be lower than that of 2002, the farmers' income growth will be less than the planned target of 4% and the grain price and some of the agro-products will witness an obvious rise.
