Abstract:　

As the first province to have carried out the market-oriented reform in the grain circulation system, Zhejiang province has successfully switched to a new system. Zhejiang has accumulated important experiences in safeguarding grain security, protecting farmers' interest, maintaining stability in the marketplace and transformation of state-owned grain enterprises. The practice is of reference value to the grain system reform in the country as a whole.
