Abstract:　

The venture investment, along with the industrial research institute of Taiwan and Xinzhu scientific zone, forms the triad to advance the development of high tech in Taiwan. The environments of venture investment has been changing greatly since 20 years ago. The venture investment has its characteristic, such as structure, the organization of industry, the interaction between official and people.
