Zhang Laiming, the vice-president of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), met with Alain Noudehou, the United Nations Development Program's resident representative in China, on Feb 4, in Beijing, to discuss the UNDP's Human Development Report, social security system reforms, and a long-term partnership.

Taking part in the meeting were the DRC's Ge Yanfeng, director-general of its Research Department of Social Development, and Gong Sen, director-general of the Institute for Public Administration and Human Resources.
