DRC Vice-President Zhang Junkuo signs a cooperation MOU with Lee Yi Shyan, Singapore's Minister of Ministry of National Development, at the Great Hall of the People, in Beijing, on July 2.

Zhang Junkuo, Vice President of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), signed a cooperation memorandum of understanding with Mr Lee Yi Shyan, Singapore's Senior Minister of State in the Ministry of National Development, at the Great Hall of the People, in Beijing, on July 2.

The MOU was signed in the presence of Chinese President Xi Jinping and Singapore President Tony Tan Keng Yam.

The DRC and Singapore's Ministry of National Development will carry out cooperative studies and share knowledge on policies of mutual concern.
